Program description

Job Pro App SMS messages may include account access messages, appointment and scheduling updates, quote and invoice notices, payment reminders, customer portal notifications, service updates, and support messages.

Opt-in methods

Customers may opt in through the website request-access form, customer portal account and service workflows, quote and invoice workflows, and direct service communications where they provide a phone number and explicitly agree to receive SMS messages from Job Pro App.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on account and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
